Registered Osteopath
BOst in Osteopathic Medicine, Mummy MOT® Practitioner

I am a Registered Osteopath (BOst in Osteopathic Medicine) and qualified Mummy MOT® Practitioner here at Bodyfix Clinic in Stoneleigh, Epsom. I graduated with First-Class Honours in Osteopathic Medicine from the International Centre of Osteopathic Medicine, and I built on that with years of hands-on experience in rehabilitation.
Before qualifying as an osteopath, I spent over 10 years working as a sports massage therapist specialising in sporting injuries. I then worked as a physiotherapy technician at the Southwest London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC), focusing on post-operative rehabilitation for knee and hip replacements—an area I’m still deeply passionate about, as I love helping people rebuild their strength and mobility after surgery.
I provide osteopathy for patients across all age ranges, from older children and teenagers right through to adults and older adults. I help with a wide variety of general musculoskeletal conditions, including:
-
Back pain (including lower back issues and sciatica)
-
Neck pain and stiffness
-
Shoulder problems (such as frozen shoulder or rotator cuff issues)
-
Joint pain and arthritic discomfort
-
Sports injuries and strains
-
Postural imbalances from work, driving, or everyday habits
-
Tension-related headaches and migraines
-
Elbow and wrist issues
-
Hip, knee, and leg restrictions
I take a holistic, patient-centred approach, combining osteopathic techniques—like joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, functional retraining, and personalised exercise advice—to reduce pain, improve movement, and support your long-term wellness. My aim is always to help you stay active, recover fully, and get back to enjoying life without limitations.
I have a particular special interest in Women’s Health, especially postnatal recovery and pelvic health. As a licensed Mummy MOT® practitioner, I offer specialist postnatal assessments (from 6 weeks up to many years after birth, whether vaginal or caesarean delivery). These check posture, pelvic floor strength, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), breathing patterns, and overall core function. I then create personalised recovery programmes with safe, progressive exercises tailored to your lifestyle—helping you restore confidence, prevent long-term issues, and feel stronger in your daily activities or when returning to exercise.
I’m fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
If you’d like to book an appointment with me for general osteopathy, a Mummy MOT postnatal check-up, pelvic health support, post-surgical rehab, or any musculoskeletal concern, please call the clinic on 0208 394 0393 or book online.
