I’m a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) at Bodyfix Clinic in Stoneleigh, Epsom. I’m fully registered with the International Cranial Association (ICrA) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and I hold my BCST qualification from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET), recognised by the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT).

My path into craniosacral therapy began with a deeply personal family experience—craniosacral work played a transformative role in healing and recovery for someone close to me. That powerful moment inspired me to train intensively for two years in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, so I could share this gentle, nurturing approach with others. It’s a therapy that works with the body’s innate ability to heal, addressing root causes of discomfort rather than just symptoms.

I’m passionate about supporting people of all ages to find balance, release held tension, and heal naturally—whether dealing with physical issues, emotional stress, or the effects of life’s challenges. Treatments are gentle, non-invasive, and deeply relaxing, helping to restore harmony on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

I’m currently completing a specialised nine-month top-up course in paediatric craniosacral therapy, with graduation planned for summer 2026. This will deepen my ability to work safely and effectively with newborns, babies, children, and families—offering gentle support for common early-life issues and promoting healthy development.

My approach is always compassionate, client-led, and committed to high professional standards through ongoing CPD and ethical practice.

Outside the clinic, I’m a mum to a former silent reflux baby (now happily resolved!), and I love helping families find the gentle support they need.
