Nicole Preskett

Nicole is an experienced Registered Osteopath and co-owner of Bodyfix Clinic in Stoneleigh, Epsom. She graduated from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine.

For the first nine years of her career, Nicole worked as the lead osteopath and clinic partner in a busy multidisciplinary clinic in Sutton, where she honed her diagnostic and treatment skills across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

​

In 2016, she expanded her expertise by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound, enabling precise imaging-guided assessments—particularly valuable for complex cases.

Nicole has a special interest in shoulder complaints, recognising the joint's complexity and the need for accurate diagnosis to deliver effective, tailored management. She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in shoulder protocols, function restoration, and rehabilitation.

She treats a broad spectrum of conditions affecting the spine, neck, upper and lower limbs—whether from degenerative changes, trauma, work-related strain, or sports injuries. Her approach is patient-centred and evidence-based, drawing on techniques such as:

• Soft tissue therapy and massage

• Muscle energy techniques (MET)

• Joint mobilisation and manipulative therapy

• Dry needling

• Therapeutic ultrasound and interferential therapy

• Kinesio taping

• Prescription of bespoke medical orthotics for foot, ankle, knee, and hip alignment issues

Nicole is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

In 2023, Nicole retrained as an aesthetics practitioner to broaden her portfolio and offer non-surgical cosmetic treatments that complement her musculoskeletal expertise. This allows her to address concerns like facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, and overall wellness in a safe, holistic way—always prioritising natural results and patient safety.
