Im a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (Level 4 ITEC Certificate) at Bodyfix Clinic in Stoneleigh, Epsom. I trained at St Mary’s University and have been helping people with massage therapy since 2020.

My journey into this field started quite differently—I spent 16 years working as a carpenter in the building trade, where I experienced first-hand how demanding physical work can take a toll on the body. Over the years, I picked up various injuries, and it was massage therapy that truly helped me recover. That experience planted a seed of interest in how the body works and heals, which quickly grew into a real passion. Before I knew it, I’d booked my first massage course and never looked back.

I’m driven to relieve pain because I don’t believe it should be the norm—we shouldn’t just “tough it out.” Our muscles react to how we use (or don’t use) them, and sometimes that leads to discomfort, tension, or injury. Sports Massage offers powerful soft tissue techniques that benefit overall health and wellness, aid in injury rehabilitation alongside other treatments, and provide much-needed relaxation.

I take a tailored approach to every session, always working within your comfort level—because effective massage doesn’t have to be painful. Whether you’re dealing with work-related strains, sports injuries, physical tension, muscle reactivity issues, or simply need to unwind, I enjoy helping people from all walks of life feel better and move more freely.

Outside of the clinic, I like to stay active and spend as much time outdoors as possible—especially hiking—which keeps me connected to the importance of mobility and well-being.
