Sue Mullen
Chiropodist and Podiatrist
RCDpod, HCPC Registered

I’m a Chiropodist and Podiatrist (RCDpod, HCPC Registered) at Bodyfix Clinic in Stoneleigh, Epsom. I’ve been fortunate to do a job I truly love for over 30 years, ever since qualifying in 1988. I started my career in the NHS, spending the first 12 years at Putney Community and Queen Mary’s Hospital. There, I progressed to become the lead foot specialist in a multidisciplinary diabetic clinic and an emergency wound clinic—gaining deep experience in complex foot health, wound management, and supporting patients with diabetes or mobility challenges.
After leaving the NHS to raise my two children, I moved into private practice, where I continue to focus on keeping people mobile, comfortable, and independent. I’m passionate about the basics of foot care—things like regular nail care, corn and callus removal, preventing dry/cracked heels, and giving practical advice on good footwear (with proper fit, fastening, and roomy toe boxes)—because these simple steps make a huge difference to daily wellbeing, fall prevention, and overall quality of life.
I treat a wide range of foot ailments professionally and gently, including:
-
Verrucas and fungal issues
-
Ingrowing toenails
-
Corns and calluses
-
Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
-
Achilles tendonitis
-
Plantar plate tears
-
Soft tissue problems and general foot strains
My approach is friendly, thorough, and always guided by a strict code of professional conduct and ongoing Continued Professional Development (CPD). Whether you need routine maintenance to stay pain-free or help with a specific complaint, I aim to get you moving comfortably again—because healthy feet are key to staying active and enjoying life.
I’m fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the College of Podiatrists (MChS).
If you’d like to book an appointment with me for chiropody/podiatry, routine foot care, verruca treatment, ingrowing toenail management, or any foot health concern, please call the clinic on 0208 394 0393 or book online.
