Tia McKay

I’m a Registered Osteopath here at Bodyfix Clinic in Stoneleigh, Epsom. I graduated from the International College of Osteopathic Medicine, and over the past two years I’ve worked in a clinical setting providing sports massage to a wide range of patients. This hands-on experience has really strengthened my manual skills and deepened my passion for helping people move better and feel more comfortable in their daily lives.

Whether you're managing a long-term health condition like osteoarthritis, recovering from a recent injury, or dealing with everyday musculoskeletal strains (including things like golf-related issues or the effects of stress and fatigue on the body), I focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting you to stay active and independent.

My aim is to guide you through the healing process and empower you to feel your best, both now and for the long term, so you can enjoy life with greater ease and confidence.
